What a proud day at GD Goenka University!

Our Special Convocation for International Students from 18+ nationalities was held in the presence of global dignitaries and graduating scholars; an event that honoured excellence, achievement and ambition.

The event was graced by our Chief Guest, Ambassador Deepak Vohra; Ex-Foreign Secretary, Government of India, and Special Advisor to multiple governments and global institutions. and our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. Kim Menezes, whose address spoke to the role of higher education in shaping principled, international leadership.

We had the honour of conferring the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), Honoris Causa upon His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Nasir Idris, Hon’ble Governor of Kebbi State, Republic of Nigeria, in recognition of his enduring contributions to education and public service.

This convocation affirms GD Goenka University's commitment to serious academic scholarship, institutional integrity and the shaping of globally engaged graduates.
