The School of Healthcare and Allied Sciences at GD Goenka University officially launched its B.Sc. Nursing programme with the Lamp Lighting and Oath Taking Ceremony for the inaugural cohort - marking the students’ formal induction into the nursing profession. Held as a tribute to Florence Nightingale, the event symbolised their commitment to clinical integrity, ethical practice, and professional care.

The newly introduced four-year, full-time programme is offered in academic collaboration with Paras Health - a leading tertiary care provider with over 18 years of experience and a strong hospital network across North India. It follows the Haryana Nurses and Nurse-Midwives Council (HNC) guidelines and is designed to prepare students for real-world healthcare environments through rigorous academic and clinical training.
