Goenka Fresh & Roseate Hotels Stronger Together: Roseate Hotels is proud to source premium farm-fresh produce from Goenka Fresh for our hotels

Roseate Hotels & Resorts is pleased to collaborate with Goenka Fresh to bring produce cultivated through its hydroponic farming facility into select Roseate culinary operations.

The collaboration will bring freshly harvested, hydroponically grown produce to Roseate kitchens, creating a closer and more transparent connection between cultivation and consumption. The produce will be incorporated into food and beverage offerings across Roseate’s hotels, restaurants and cafés, including Mithai by Roseate and Roasted by Roseate.

As part of the collaboration, Roseate will also explore ways to bring the “Farm to Guest” journey to life through curated farm visits, digital storytelling and guest engagement, offering guests a closer look at how hydroponically grown produce is cultivated and how it travels from farm to plate.

Bringing together hydroponic farming, hospitality and guest education, the collaboration creates greater visibility around the origin and cultivation of the fresh produce served across Roseate.
