  • Rhea Khosla receives Times of India ‘Student Of The Year Award’

    Rhea Khosla

The Times of India NIE Student of the Year Award has been awarded to Rhea Khosla of Grade 11 IB for being a student who is not only academically sound but also versatile in other co scholastic fields.

A recognition is the best form of rewarding a person for all the hard work, sweat and vigor that goes into his or her co-curricular and academic excellence. The NIE Student of The Year Award has indeed been an epitome of recognition which has not only lauded my consistent efforts but also enhanced my holistic development. To be sharing the nominees with all rounders like Rajit Kinra and Astha Shukla, it is hard to say that the competition wasn’t intense! Each of us with our bags full of credits had a lot of merits to be worthy of the award and all I can say is that I’m simply honored to receive this prestigious award. A vote of thanks is necessary to our principal Mrs. Neeta Bali,  as without her personal initiative  none of us would’ve been exposed to such an opportunity and this achievement wouldn’t have been possible. Nearing the end of my school life at this lovely institution called G.D. Goenka World School, I must say that this award has provided an impetus for my ambition for succeeding in the life outside school just like I have done in my school years.
